• This promotion is open to GB residents except employees and their families of Warburtons Ltd, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• To be entered into the free prize draw please log on to www.welovetoast.co.uk and enter your name, email, telephone and postal address.   For an equal chance of winning you can also post the same information to Warburtons Win a Toaster, PO BOX 1351, Huddersfield, HD1 9ZP.
• Closing date for receipt of entries is 31.10.07.
• Only one entry per household
• The prizes are as follows:  500 x first prizes of Morphy Richards Toaster RRP £39.99 and 1,000 runner-up prizes of Toastie Egg Cups
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the first prize of a Morphy Richards Toaster with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Morphy Richards model is unavailable.
• The winners will be drawn at random from all entries received on 19.11.07 by an independent person. The winners will then be notified, in writing or by telephone, within 28 days of this date.
• Only one of each prize per person.  In the event that the same person is drawn to win the same prize twice, another winner will be drawn.
• No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
• For first prize winners’ names and counties please write to Warburtons Win a Toaster, 9a Alma Road, Headingley, Leeds LS6 2AH. No other correspondence will be entered into.  
• No cash alternative is available.
• No purchase necessary.
• Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
• The promoter will not be held responsible for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
